Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the legal agreement between LogicRepairs CRM ("we," "us," "our") and the user ("you," "your," "Customer") regarding the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business you represent.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Share, resell, or sublicense access without written consent.
4. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous availability of the Service but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
Disclaimer of Liability for Downtime:
We are not liable for any business losses, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from Service downtime, technical faults, or unexpected interruptions.
5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
- Subscription fees are payable in advance as per the chosen plan (£29.99/month).
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
6. Data & Privacy
- You retain full ownership of the data you upload into the CRM.
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- Integration with accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent) requires separate authorization.
Data Protection: Your repair shop data is securely stored in the UK and never shared without your explicit consent.
7. Intellectual Property
- The CRM software, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property remain our property.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
- You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the platform.
8. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
- You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
- Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding fees, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
- We will provide 30 days notice for data export before deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claims is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses caused by downtime.
10. Third-Party Integrations
When using third-party integrations, additional terms may apply:
- Xero Integration: Subject to Xero's terms of service
- QuickBooks Integration: Subject to Intuit's terms of service
- FreeAgent Integration: Subject to FreeAgent's terms of service
- eBay Integration: Subject to eBay's terms of service
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new "Effective Date," and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
13. Fair Use Policy
Our platform is designed for legitimate repair shop operations. We reserve the right to investigate unusual usage patterns that may indicate abuse of the service.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
