Admin Email Configuration

Configure email settings for the shop owner/admin account to send and receive ticket communications automatically

Admin Account Setup: These settings will be applied to your owner account. You'll be able to configure individual email settings for each technician in the next steps.
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Settings
Common servers: smtp.gmail.com, smtp-mail.outlook.com, smtp.office365.com
Common ports: 587 (TLS), 465 (SSL), 25 (Standard)
Usually your full email address
Your email password or App Password
Recommended for security. Use with port 587.
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Settings
Common servers: imap.gmail.com, outlook.office365.com, imap-mail.outlook.com
Common ports: 993 (SSL), 143 (Standard)
Usually the same as SMTP username
